Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Donations to Earth Connection Community Corp. are voluntary charitable contributions. As such, donations are generally non-refundable. Every gift is received with gratitude and used responsibly in service of sacred ceremony, cultural education, community wellness, and stewardship of the Earth.

2. One-Time Donations

One-time donations are generally non-refundable once processed. If a donation was made in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount — you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date. Refund requests made after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

3. Recurring Donations

Recurring donations can be canceled at any time. Email us at info@earthconnection.org with your name and the email address associated with the donation, and we will cancel it before your next scheduled payment. Previously processed recurring payments are generally non-refundable unless made in error.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with the donation
• The date and amount of the donation
• The reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
